Focus : Champagne Dehours et Fils
The Domaine Dehours produces wines from the family's vineyard using production methods that respect biodiversity by mechanically working the soil and by natural grassing between rows. The wines are matured on complete lees and clarification is done by natural decantation, without fining or filtration.
The Duc des Lombards offers this exceptional Champagne "Grande Réserve" Brut on the club menu.
This Champagne is the result of a prolonged aging on lees in the bottle and is marked by a majority presence of Meunier, the main grape variety of the Marne Valley and also the identifying grape variety of their own vineyard. A significant proportion of reserve wines are aged in Solera, which began in 1998.
Malolactic fermentation is entirely carried out.
Maturation from 15 to 27 months in bottles.
Ideal for a fresh aperitif at the Duc des Lombards!
